The Need For Education
The decline of defined pension plans and the uncertain future of Social Security means that most Americans must shoulder the responsibility for their own retirement savings.  Yet most individuals are woefully unprepared:
  • Only 15% of baby boomers are confident of maintaining their pre-retirement standard of living.*
  • More than one-third of Generation X workers (ages 26 to 41) and about two-thirds of Generation Y (age 18 to 25) fail to save in their employer-sponsored retirement plans.*
Employers are increasingly stepping up to the plate to provide financial education for their employees.  The InSite Financial Education seminar program developed and presented by Focus Financial is an ideal solution.
